They have completed their masterclass in violin, flute or harp in New York, Caracas or Rome and are now able to experience the life of a professional in the Frankfurt Opera and Museum Orchestra's Orchestra Academy for two years. What is it like to have to find your feet so far away from home in Frankfurt? Five Academy scholarship holders talk about their new life, tell us what music they liked to listen to ‘back home’ and play their favourite piece for us. And who knows - maybe we'll soon see them on the concert platform in the Great Hall at the museum concert.
