Antonio Vivaldi is desperate - just before the concert, the oboe with which the famous Signore Pustabene is to play the beautiful new solo concerto has disappeared. Everyone at the orphanage in Venice searches in vain, but eventually the ancient secret passage is found, leading through the underground canals to the great Church of San Marco. Meanwhile, Vivaldi has his hands full making sure the grand concert at the Doge's Palace goes ahead. And when the oboe reappears, there is a big surprise...
